Documentation
Definition
The date from which the conditions adjustment is to be carried out.
Dependencies
The date is usually identical to the adjustment date.
For index-based rent adjustments however, the adjustment date determines the number of points at which the adjustment takes place (4/1/92 in this field means that the adjustment takes place on the basis of the number of points in April 92).
The valid-from date is derived from the adjustment date and the adjustment delay in months for index-linked rent adjustments; that means
- if the adjustment date is 4/1/92 and the adjustment delay is 2 months
- then the valid-from date of the conditions is 6/1/92.
