Definition
Indicates that a material is subject to condition management.
Use
The indicator can only be set for a material that is subject to batch management requirements.
The following values are possible:
- No condition management
- Condition management only
- Condition management with batch number
Dependencies
Material conditions are depicted using batches.
If a material is flagged as being subject to condition management, the condition is depicted using the first digit of the batch number.
Condition management only: The first digit corresponds to the condition code. Digits 2-10 remain blank.
Condition management with batch number: The batch consists of the condition code and the batch number together. The first digit corresponds to the condition code. Digits 2-10 correspond to the batch number.
