Definition
States the required return on investment (ROI).
Use
In Investment Buying, the system compares the required ROI and the current ROI. The current ROI is calculated as follows:

ROI = (S - D*I*(W-T) - C*W - H) * --------
D * W
S = price reduction per base unit of measure
D = original price per base unit of measure
I = weekly interest rate
W = recommended coverage time
T = date of required payment in weeks
C = storage costs per base unit of measure
H = storage costs
Expenditure (interest, storage costs) are subtracted from the price reduction and the result is scaled over a year based on the original price.
The result is iterated over the recommended coverage time (W). Iteration is complete if the current ROI is lower than the required ROI.
