This indicator specifies whether the DeMinimis rule is activated for this legal regulation in the area of legal control.

This includes:

• field control in Customizing for Foreign Trade - Legal Control
• the DeMinimis rule function during legal control in the document

Use

Depending on the country of destination for export, specific legal regulations include value limits for materials which are relevant for export control. These materials do not require an export license until their values exceed these limits.

Example

If a document - that is, an order - contains different materials which have the same export control class, the system adds their values and determines whether this total value exceeds the value limit. In this case, the system recognizes the materials as relevant for export control and tries to find an appropriate export license.
