Definition

Default reasons must be created, if you want the generation of POD difference quantities and reasons to be carried out fully or partially automatically by the system.

in the case of an overdelivery, create a reason and mark this as a default reason. Enter '+' in the quantity calculation. Also create a default reason for an underdelivery and enter '-' in the quantity calculation.

Note that only one default reason can be created for an overdelivery or an underdelivery in Customozing. Additional (non default) reasons cannot be created, for example, to specify default reasons proposed by the system more exactly in the partially automatic POD process.
