Documentation

Definition

Specifies that the account assignment fields are copied automatically from the previous item for goods issues.

Use

If you set this indicator, the account assignment fields are filled when you create a new item with the account assignment fields of the previous item. During this copying process, the system takes Customizing for movement types into consideration, in other words, if a movement type was selected for a subsequent item that was different to the movement type selected for the previous item, the system only copies the account assignment fields that are visible for the selected movement type.

If you enter the detail data on the overview screen, the system executes the copy function assuming the corresponding lines have not yet received a line number, in other words, the Line field has no value.

If you enter the detail data on the detail screen, the system executes the copy function as soon as a field has been filled in the new item and then confirmed with the Continue/Next button.
