Documentation
Definition
This switch makes it possible for you to switch off the field checking mechanism for the INCOTerms field for the corresponding check object.
Indicator = "_" : System checking for the check object is active.
Indicator = "X" : System checking for the check object is deactivated. (switched off).
Use
If checking for the check object has been deactivated, you can maintain the INCOTerms however you like when you maintain the financial documents.
Example
In the System, the INCOTerm "Ex Works" is defined with the acronym "EXW". If the checking mechanism for the check object is activated during the maintenance of the financial document, the system will only allow the acronym "EXW". However, if you prefer this acronym to be "EX", for example, you have to set the "Free entry INCOTerms" switch.
