'X': Do not compute the delta of the active and revised versions.

Set the flag if it is clear from the activation mode (activation of dependent objects, activation during upgrade by replacing) that the delta cannot be uniquely defined.

This means that it is no longer possible to check dependent objects based on a delta. Most of the dependent objects are then considered to be objects that have to be activated.

(There are also checks of dependent objects that can tell you whether or not activation is required, independent of a delta. Even if flag NODELTA is set, the DEP_TAB contains only the objects that really have to be activated or the incorrect objects.)
