Definition
In this field the way of discharge can be entered. This is not the same as the type of discharge in IS-H and therefore a conversion table TNNL1 is used. The list with ways of discharge for the LMR report mainly contains places where the patient goes after discharge (for example to another clinic) and the IS-H list mainly contains reasons why the patient has been dismissed (for example on his own request).
