You can use the select option "Include fields with length" to restrict the search and the update of the database to fields with the specified length. This may speed up the analysis considerably.
This option can be changed until the search has been started.

You want to search for multi byte sequences on your non Unicode database. Therefore you can exclude all tables fields which have a length of 1 character.
