Definition
In this field, you specify the date of initial usage for the purposes of first renting in the case of new building development.
This date is used as the key date for the rent cap for rent adjustments for privately financed apartments. If there is no entry in this field, the year when the building was built is used instead.
A rental agreement for a rental unit can only be concluded if the rental start date is after the date of initial usage.
