Definition
Using the profile for the data and options you define which data must be specified in the shipment documents created.
The most important data are, of course, the shipment type and the transportation planning point. You can also specify other header data of the shipment (for example, scheduling dates, external identification, and so on.)
Additionally, you can define several options, for example, if the route is to be determined.
Use
You can save the profile for the data and options separately and reuse it for different collective processing runs (from the technical point of view, this is a selection variant for report RV56TRTR).
Procedure
Maintaining a profile: enter the name of a new or an existing selection variant, and choose 'Maintain'.
