Definition
Specifies that operations in the capacity planning table can be dispatched to non-work periods without available capacities having to be changed in the work centers.
In dispatching the calendar, operating times and available capacities at work centers are ignored and instead the following data is used:
Operating time 00:00 to 24:00
Rate of capacity utilization 100%

The indicator Planning in non-work periods automatically specifies the setting of the indicator Posit.in breaks in the options profile.
- If Planning in non-work periods is set then Posit.in breaks is also set.
- If Planning in non-work periods is not set then Posit.in breaks is not set either.
Note
You should not use planning in non-work periods for planning using the planning table (tabular form): If you, for example, activate planning in non-work periods for the planning table (tabular form) with a periodic-continuous layout, operations can be dispatched in non-working times. With this layout, however, only those capacities corresponding to the regular working times are displayed. In addition, the system can only distribute the capacity requirements for an operation based on the operating time over the regular working times.
