Definition

Specifies that an operation that is to be dispatched is inserted at the desired time.

This function only works for the capacity planning table. It cannot be used on the capacity planning table (tabular form).

Other operations are shifted and dispatched according to the planning direction. The order they are in remains the same.

Dependencies

If the desired date occurs on an existing commitment, then the operation is dispatched before or after this commitment depending on the planning direction.
