This indicator shows whether a material is defined in the material master record (in the plant where the BOM is maintained) as a bulk material.

The indicator in the material master record overrides the indicator in the BOM item.
- If a material is always used as a bulk material, set the indicator in the material master record.
- If a material is defined as a bulk material in the material master record, you cannot delete the indicator in the BOM item.
