Procedure
Enter the partner function that you want the system to find in the source specified for this individual access.
Examples
You have specified the Preceding document as the source for this access sequence.
In this field, you then specify the contact person as the relevant partner function in the Preceding document .
You assign this access sequence to the partner function Sold-to party.
You then create a sales transaction, for which the preceding document is an Activity.
The system determines the contact person in the activity as the source for the Sold-to party in the sales transaction.

Procedure
Enter the partner function you want to the system to use as a source in this individual access within the access sequence.
Examples
You have specified the General business partner model as the Origin for this individual access within the access sequence.
In this field, you then specify the Activity partner as the relevant partner function in the General business partner model.
You assign this access sequence to the partner function Sold-to party in a sales transaction.
You create a sales transaction.
The system determines the Sold-to party in this transaction based on the Activity partner in the General business partner model.
