Definition
Defines the beginning of the validity of a Customizing entry for the commodity pricing engine (CPE).
Use
You must define Customizing entries before they can be used by the calling applications.
Only Customizing entries with a Valid From timestamp lower or equal to the evaluation date can be used for CPE formula evaluation. The evaluation date could be, for example, the pricing date.
