Definition
Specifies the surcharge value - with reference to a currency, a price unit, and a unit of measure (UoM) - that can be assigned to a surcharge rule of the commodity pricing engine (CPE).
Use
The absolute surcharge can therefore be added to a calculated term rate. It is also an input parameter for the surcharge routine.
