Definition
Indicates that not all data (either price quotations or currency exchange rates) specified by the period of the term could be found by the commodity pricing engine (CPE).
Use
Incomplete is normally set using date substitution routines, such as Missing Entry Routine 2 (Ignore and set Incomplete Flag), whenever a quotation or a currency exchange rate for a specified timestamp has not been found.
