This setting controls the behavior of the Goods Movement for a WIP Batch indicator.

The indicator is displayed for WIP batches within the confirmation.

Use

You can make the following settings:

• Goods receipt allowed but not mandatory

  The Goods Movement for a WIP Batch indicator is not set by the system. If a goods receipt is to be posted for a WIP batch, this indicator must be set manually by the user.

• Goods receipt mandatory

  The Goods Movement for a WIP Batch indicator is set by the system and cannot be unset by the user. The field does not accept input.

• Goods receipt expected but not mandatory

  The Goods Movement for a WIP Batch indicator is set by the system and can be manually unset by the user if no goods receipt is to be posted for a WIP batch.

• Goods receipt not allowed

  The Goods Movement for a WIP Batch indicator is not set and cannot be set manually by the user. The field does not accept input.
