In Profitability Analysis, the value fields of an operating concern are assigned to the cost components of a cost component structure.

Basic settings -> Define Cost Components

To reach the "Assignment: Organiz. Units - Cost Component Structure" screen, click on "Next page" from the screen "Define Cost Components".

The cost component structure is determined on the basis of costing variants, dependent on the organizational units company code and plant.
