You can configure the output list specific to your requirements using

the SAP List Viewer (ALV) functions. To do this, select Configure next to the list you want to configure. Example data is entered in the list and the the list is output and can be modified. You have the following options:

  • Displaying or suppressing columns
  • Modifying columns
  • Determining sort criteria
  • Adding or removing subtotals.

You can save the current list display variant. The next time you use the report, you can use this display variant again.
