Definition
This indicator is required for technical reasons. If set, the attribute is prepared technically for multiple values. This means that additional DDIC objects (structure and table type) are added to the attribute (data element and domain).
Note
Setting this indicator does not mean that you have defined a multiple-value attribute. You have merely indicated that it may be used as such and should be technically prepared for this purpose. If you do want to use this attribute as a multiple-value attribute, define it as such at set type level (transaction COMM_ATTRSET) by setting the multiple value indicator.
