In this transaction, designate a particular hierarchy as the configuration hierarchy. To do this, select the appropriate hierarchy in the locator and then set the Hierarchy Is Configuration Hierarchy indicator under Configuration for Product Type.
All product categories belonging to this hierarchy should now be displayed in the possible entries help for the Category ID field in product maintenance.
