Use
By specifying single values or intervals (in this case, the lower limit of the interval), you can restrict the value range of a domain. As a result, users may enter only this single value or values within this interval for this attribute when maintaining objects to which a set type with this attribute has been assigned.
If you specify a value in this field and make no entry on the same line in the Upper limit column, your value is interpreted as a single value. If you also enter a value on the same line in the Upper limit column, your values are interpreted as an interval.
You can enter a single value or interval for an attribute only for the following data types:
- Decimal number
- Integer
- Character string
With the data type Checkbox, the system defines the values possible (<blank> and X) automatically.
The CRM System checks whether single values have been defined for an attribute more than once, or whether single values and also intervals overlap.
