Documentation
Use of the key figure for analysis purposes
This key figure should give the observer an overview of the group conditions used.
Group conditions are to be considered as resource intensive and should therefore only be used when absolutely necessary.
As from Release 3.0D the processing of group conditions will be triggered by the entering of a new order item or data release. This is particularly resource intensive for order documents with several order items.
The detail list contains the types of group condition used. The pricing procedures used in the documents in the analysis stage are also taken into consideration.
Information for optimisation
You should check whether the condition types need to be defined as group condition types. There is the further option of deactivating the group condition processing when setting up an order item or on data release. This will only be executed for example when the order is saved.
Tolerances
Generally a maximum of four (4) group condition types is recommended in a procedure.
