Documentation
Definition
Controls whether plan data already existing in the target version is reset and overwritten, or whether it is retained.
Use
- Reset and overwrite:
The system resets all target version data for the corresponding planning transaction and overwrites it with the plan data from the reference version.
- Do not overwrite:
The SAP system checks whether data already exists for the corresponding planning transaction on the object of the target version. This data is retained.
If plan data ever existed in the target version , but was reset to 0 in the meantime, a plan data record with value 0 remains in the database. The SAP system does not recognize this data record and it is likewise retained without being overwritten.
