Definition

Controls whether values or structures are copied.

Use

Choose either Structure with values or Structure without values

  • Structure with values

    The system copies the postings in the reference version including existing data, meaning it copies for example particular cost center/ cost element or cost center/activity type combinations including the data.

  • Structure without values

    The SAP system only copies the planning structure of the reference version. A plan record with a value 0 is created on the database. If you also activated the Reset and Overwrite indicator, existing plan data in the target version is overwritten.
