Settlement period
Supplementary Documentation - CO_PERIO 0001
Dependencies
The settlement period is derived from the posting period. If you also specify a period manually that differs from the derived period, then the following applies (listed in the example of a controlling area with 12 periods):
- If the period derived from the posting period is smaller than 12, then the period entered is ignored.
- If the derived period is 12 and the entered period less than or the same as 12, then the settlement period is 12.
- If the derived period is 12 and the entered period is greater than 12, then the derived period is ignored.
Supplementary Documentation - CO_PERIO 0002
Use
In the results list, you can scroll through the periods of the interval for which you calculated the price.
Procedure
Select either the pushbutton "Period -" or "Period +", or overwrite the value in the relevant field with the number of the period for which you want to see the prices.
Supplementary Documentation - CO_PERIO 0003
Use
Dependencies
The system calculates the period from the posting date.
If the Period field is ready for input, you can override this value in the last true posting period only by making a manual entry.
In this case, you can enter a special period only for the last posting period.
