Definition
You use this indicator to register requirements (planned independent requirements or preliminary purchase requisitions) in advance via a network. These requirements can later be offset against real requirements.
In the case of multi-level BOM explosion, this indicator prevents requirements being generated several times when material components are assigned (since BOMs are always exploded at multiple levels in material requirements planning).
