Documentation
Definition
By setting this indicator, you specify that the system cuts all connections of a cycle during multilevel price determination if large price changes appear with one or more materials of the cycle. In this way, the input materials that are also output materials of the cycle are ignored. The cycle is calculated as a one-way level.
If you do not set the indicator, the materials of the cycle are not costed. Pay attention to the messages.
For more information choose SAP Library -> Accounting -> Controlling -> Product Cost Controlling -> Actual Costing/Material Ledger -> Multilevel Actual Costing -> Costing Run: Multilevel Actual Costing -> Process Flow: Multilevel Actual Costing -> Performing Multilevel Actual Costing -> Error During Multilevel Material Price Determination-> Automatic Error Correction by the System, and read the section Cutting Connections in a Cycle.
