Definition
Lower warning tolerance limit for the comparison of business volume for the main condition in relation to the total compared period values.
Prerequisites
The system only takes account of the business volume comparison tolerance for comparison for the main condition if a comparison of period conditions is defined in Customizing.
Use
- The value entered during comparison of the main condition can differ from the total periodic vendor business volume by this amount (minimum).
- Below the warning limit, the system issues a warning indicating that the figure is too low. As a rule, the lower warning limit is lower than the lower tolerance limit for the business volume comparison.
Dependencies
- If a comparison for periods and the main condition is defined in in Customizing for the business volume comparison type, you can specify a business volume comparison tolerance.
- You assign the business volume comparison type in Customizing for the rebate arrangement type.
- If the business volume comparison type if set to optional in Customizing, the system uses the updated original business volume as the basis for the periodic total in the periods that have not been compared.
Example
80 % is entered as the lower warning limit.
The total compared periodic business volume is 10,000 USD.
If the business volume comparison for the main condition is less than 8,000 USD, the system issues a warning.
Notes
If you also enter a lower limit in relation to the original business volume, the system takes this into account too.
