Documentation
Definition
Specifies that the costs assigned to this cost component are contained in an initial cost split.
Use
With an additive cost estimate, you can enter a cost component split to account for costs such as freight charges and insurance charges for a specific material. These costs are added to the price from the material master record if the valuation variant allows this.
Procedure
You can use the indicator to combine all cost components for which the indicator Initial cost split is set into a cost component view.
This enables you to group together all externally-procured materials, for example.
