Parameters to Execute the Editing Step
Use
Before you can execute the step, you have to define the selection criteria (Change parameters).

Before you carry out material selection, you have to define the selection criteria.
Before you can cost the costing run, you must specify how costing is to be executed. For example, you can specify that costing should be carried out in the background, and that only certain costing levels should be costed.
Note
You can change the selection criteria retrospectively and execute the processing step afresh. In the case of standard cost estimates, this only applies if you have not yet released the costing run. After you have done so, you can execute the selection, explosion and costing steps again, although you cannot save the costing results.
