Standard price of a material.
Use
Valuating the stocks of a material at a standard price means that all goods movements are valuated with the same price over a long period.
Procedure
Price variances which occur when goods receipts or invoice receipts are posted (purchase price is higher than standard price) are posted to a price difference account. This does not change the standard price.
