Definition
This indicator means that the costing run will be carried out with parallel processing. The system divides up the costing levels to be costed and processes them on different processors in parallel.
Use
Parallel processing can significantly reduce the runtime for costing, marking and release.
Procedure
To cost, mark and release a costing run with parallel processing, you must:
- Set the Parallel processing indicator.
- Define a server group.
Define server group - Enter this group in the definition of the costing run.
