Definition

You can restrict the consistency check in different areas by selecting the areas to be checked.

The fewer areas you check, the faster the processing since the system has to process less data volume.

Here is a short description of the check fields:
Country: Country key by customer or vendor
Region: Federal state/Bundesland/Province/County
Address: Name, street, postal code, location
VAT reg.no.: VAT registration number of customer/vendor
Incoterms: Trade terms

Example

If you want to check the address but not the VAT registration number, you have to select the address field and deselect the VAT registration number field.
