Procedure
If you want to use automatic batch determination for materials handled in batches with the specified item category, activate this field.
Use
When you enter a material handled in batches in a sales order or in a delivery to which an item category with this indicator is assigned, the batch or batches of this material that match the customer's requirements are determined automatically.
