Definition
This flag indicates that a conversion routine for the characteristic values of the characteristic specified exists via the domain reference.
If you set the flag for a characteristic with a new domain, this domain is created using conversion routine ALPHA.
For example, entry ' 01 ' for a characteristic of type CHAR, length 4 will be converted to '0001'. In other words, numerical entries in a CHAR field are displayed right-justified with leading zeros.
