Definition
When you export a document management system (DMS) document from the backend system to the cFolders system, the status of the DMS document changes to the status you have entered here.
The status change is only possible if all of the following requirements have been met:
- The user has change authorization
- The status network allows the change
- The document is not open in edit mode while the backend integration is carried out
If these conditions are not met, then the export takes place without the requested change.
