Definition
This field is required if you wish to display a trend. If, for example, you have a report in which data for the previous year is contained in one column and data for the current year in another, you can have the system display the previous year's data on the y-axis of the portfolio graphic. If you then enter the column containing data from the current year in the field 'Y trend', an arrow is displayed in the graphic. This points from the previous year's value to the current year's value.
If you intend to reference a future position of a graphic object, you must enter a row/column number in this field and in the field for the X-trend component. The display of the trend arrow can be activated and deactivated in the graphic itself.
If both fields remain empty, no trend arrows can be displayed.
