Definition

The following methods of printing are currently supported (see possible entries):

  1. First of all, necessary files for printing are downloaded in interactive printing. Then Winword is started. There is then the possibility of using the files which have just been downloaded or others, corresponding to the selection of the reference file.

The exact sequence is as follows:

  1. Winword is started
  2. With 'File -> New' a reference (SAP_REP) has to be entered.
  3. Winword checks the entry of the .INI file
  4. Winword checks the entry of the short documentation.
  5. Winword checks the entry of the document name. The name, which was previously displayed or entered in the SAP dialog box is suggested. It can, however, be overwritten.

  1. Winword is called up with a standard reference file in non-interactive printing. The selection possibility is omitted in this case. Winword is automatically closed after the preparation of the document.
