Definition
The condition determines how the comparison between the number to be evaluated and the threshold value of an exception is to be carried out in the evaluation of an exception.
The permitted values are '< ' and '<=' for the lower threshold or '> ' and '>=' for the upper threshold.
If, for example, '< ' and '100' were entered for the lower threshold, the value 100 gets the normal color. If however, '<=' and '100' were entered the number will be colored with the corresponding exception color (i.e 'red' or 'green').
