Definition
The file name is to be entered in its entirety (directory and file). The extension is '.DOC'. The Winword document is put on the presentation server under the corresponding name.
The name of the directory and the document can be selected when printing. Otherwise a standard name is used, which can be set in Customizing, but cannot be changed during printing.
