Definition
In the context of the compound characteristic, the characteristic value itself can be available in the checking of a characteristic. As the characteristic value, however, has to be evaluated in conjunction with the characteristic values of the superior fields in the checking, the combination of these characteristic values might not be permitted.
For each characteristic, which is joined to a compound characteristic this data element is there to give the exact condition (s. fixed values of the domain).
