Definition

If you check off this box, the report will be saved with its current data in the report portfolio. In other words, the data from the drill-down report will be copied. A document will be created in the report portfolio containing the values currently displayed in this report.

You should then only display a data report if you want to display the information completely statistically. Data is never reselected.

With a data report, there is no more reference to sub-objects of the report (in contrast to a definition report). If changes are made to the form, the key figures or the variables after the transfer of the data report, the data report itself is not affected by these changes.
