Definition
The system checks an exception for a cell when all the characteristics in the list header, the current characteristic and the corresponding column all correspond to one another.
For example, you have a list with a certain country and a certain customer. The system displays these in the header. The list you are displaying is a product list. When you position the cursor on one product and a certain value column, the system stores all this information (customer, country, product, column). It therefore checks the exception for this one cell.
