Definition
The alias value is the result of the certificate mapping

Example
We have a rule with certificate entry "Subject", certificate attribute "CN" and logon with "Alias". The following subject is mapped by the rule as follows:
- "CN=SAP_ALIAS, C=DE, O=SAP": Alias SAP_ALIAS
It is important to notice that the value of subject attribute CN is directly copied to the alias field. More precisely, there is no consistency check on the mapped value.
If the rule maps with the user name instead of the alias, the application tries to retrieve the corresponding alias (of the user). In case it exists the field shows the alias. Otherwise, the field stays empty.
