Higher-level participant
Commission contract partners can be in a contractual relationship.
Example
Partner A can acquire partner B for an enterprise. For this action, partner A (= higher-level participant) is entitled to a certain share of partner B's earnings (= lower-level participant). This entitlement share is entered as a percentage in the commission contract for partner B, and individually valuated and remunerated as per the global constellation. The role of the higher-level participant shows their contractual business relationship with the lower-level participant.
