Definition

Status of the settlement schedule item. The status of a settlement schedule item affects the way it is dealt with during the process, for example, during settlement.

  • Status I: Settlement Item Not Created
Items with this status are included in the settlement schedule run. If a remuneration entitlement is changed, settlement schedule items with this status are deleted before the remuneration entitlement is rescheduled in a new settlement schedule sequence.
  • Status M: To be Checked (Dual Control)
Items with this status are not included in the settlement schedule run. Settlement schedule items receive this status if a commission case is registered for dual control by means of the processing target.
  • Status R: Released (Dual Control Check)
If a commission case that has been registered for a check is released by an authorized person, the corresponding settlement schedule items are assigned the Released status. From this time onwards, settlement schedule items are included in the settlement schedule run again.
  • Status S: Rejected (Dual Control Check)
Settlement schedule items are assigned only status S during the runtime, and are deleted when the database is updated.
  • Status T: Converted to Settlement Item
Items with this status have already been converted to settlement items in the settlement schedule run. An entry in the <Name of Application>_DOCSEDT (due date detail lines) is the same as an item with the T status.
  • Status 1: Inactive (currently only entitlement transfer)
Items with this status are invalid, however they must not be deleted. This enables the settlement schedule to be reconstructed at a later date.
